By Mail. To make your donation by mail, please complete and remit printable donation form to the address at the bottom of the form. |

In Person. To make your donation in person, please complete and remit printable and drop off at the address at the bottom of the for or stop in and ask for a donation form. |

Help us redeem points for items that can e purchased for the people we support. Visit www.hbcrewards.com/community and follow the steps below. Click on "Donate to a Community Group" and it will take you to another page. "Click on Search for a Community to make a donation" enter our Public ID#6052930 and follow the steps to donate your HBC points to our agency. |
