Broader Public Sector Procurement Directive
In the interests of taxpayers and
strengthening accountability for organizations that receive public
funding, the Ontario Parliament passed the Broader Public Sector (BPS)
Accountability Act in 2010.
All organizations receiving at least $10 million
dollars of Provincial Government funding must implement the Broader
Public Sector Procurement Directive. Community Living
Burlington falls under this category.
