Fall Prevention
Join us for a fun interactive series designed to improve balance, strength, and mobility while engaging in activities that support memory, focus, and cognition. This class may use light weights, resistance bands, or body weighted exercises combined with gentle stretching. We will be measuring both physical and cognitive progress so participants can track changes and set new goals. Games and group activities will support engagement and building social connections with other participants. As we will be working to improve gait speed and balance, this class is designed for individuals who can walk independently or with limited assistance. For individuals who use wheelchairs or who will remain seated for most of class, see our Adaptive Mobility version of this program.
