How to Become a Member or Renew Your Membership
Membership is issued on an annual basis from April 1st to March 31st of the following year. Memberships must be renewed annually. You may become a member at any time.

Option 1: Renew Online by Credit Card (Recommended)
Submit the online Membership Form above. Secure payment can be made online through CanadaHelps. Go to https://www.canadahelps.org/en/charities/community-living-burlington/. Select the donation amount, then choose the fund you would like your payment applied to from the drop-down menu (e.g., General Membership). Click Continue to Complete Donation to enter Donor and Payment Information.
Option 2: Renew by Cheque
Please make your cheque payable to Community Living Burlington and mail to:
