  • Building friendships and confidence
  • How to recognize and express emotions in healthy ways
  • Important skills like personal hygiene, self-care, personal space, and public vs. private settings
  • The importance of consent
  • Different types of relationships - from strangers to friends to romantic connections
  • Healthy, respectful, and positive social skills
